This introductory yoga session is designed to help you enhance your flow, flexibility, and mindfulness, all while savoring sustainable, biodynamic wines that highlight our partnership with Arterra Winery and Vineyards.

Arterra promises a distinctive wine experience. Ancient techniques integrate with modern capacity to produce a superior quality, progressive clean wine, intended to be a truly authentic ‘Virginia Style’ wine. This is done with native yeast fermentations, neutral oak, and no additives. Arterra grows the highest quality fruit which expresses in their wines with vivid flavors, rich textures, and robust character.

As you move through each pose, you’ll deepen your connection to both yourself and the present moment, with the mindful act of wine tasting further amplifying that awareness.

Quynh believes that wine tasting requires thoughtful presence, while yoga encourages mindful movement, and together, these practices create a harmonious balance. It’s not just about the physical postures or the wine; it’s about merging mindfulness with enjoyment and creating a deeper connection with your own awareness and the people around you.
