Founded in 2014, Joy Ting Wine began as a personal project while Joy worked at Michael Shaps Wineworks, blending her scientific background in Marine Biology and Molecular Biology with her passion for wine. This unique combination has resulted in wines that reflect the highest quality of Virginia’s terroir, crafted with precision and creativity.

At this one-of-a-kind four-course dining experience, our culinary team will take you on a flavorful journey with Asian-inspired dishes, each thoughtfully paired with Joy’s wines. Joy’s wines are a reflection of her deep respect for the work done in the vineyard, and each bottle expresses her commitment to the art of winemaking and her love for Virginia’s diverse terroir.
